Suzy’s Law

The Suzanne Gonzales Suicide Prevention Act of 2007

About Us

This site is not run by a corporation or a non-profit organization. We are simply a small group of people who think, each for our own reasons, that H.R. 940 is a good bill and that it should become law.

Mike Gonzales is Suzy’s father. He lives in Northern California, and has been working hard for the passage of H.R. 940. He spends his time making personal appearances to tell his daughter’s story and persuade audiences that this bill is necessary.

Mary Gonzales is Suzy’s mother. Both she and Mike have been lobbying fervently for H.R. 940.

Lindsay Bartlett is a friend of the Gonzales family, and a dedicated advocate for H.R. 940.

Jeff Harrell is a writer from Washington, D.C.
